We offer a full English breakfast which is usually served about 8:30 am or earlier if you wish. There is a very friendly atmosphere in the dining room as all the guests share the dining table.
Packed lunches are available for those who are 'taking to the wilds' for the day. Don't forget to bring a flask with you which we will gladly fill daily. You will be welcomed back home with tea and home-made cakes. An optional evening meal is available which comprises of three courses plus coffee.
All food is home cooked and can be of Northumbrian or International flavour. I like to use local meat, fish and game and vegetables from the garden or the village farm whenever possible. Do feel free to bring wine or drinks to accompany your dinner.
We also have a gun cabinet for those interested in deer-stalking or pheasant shooting.
