Upstairs, the double-bedded room gives you a wonderful vista of the moor and crags, whilst the other window focuses on the village.
The twin-bedded rooms give a lovely view of our garden with all its birdlife. Each bedroom is fitted with its own washbasin and there is a file in each room full of information leaflets about the surrounding area. Since it is calm and very peaceful here you will be guaranteed a good night's sleep.
The large guest bathroom - almost big enough to do an eightsome reel - lies between the two rooms. You can be assured of hot water at any time to have a bath or shower.
Dining Room
Downstairs, there is a guest dining room, which is bright and spacious enough to double up as a guest sitting room with a television. Here you can enjoy a delicious meal, freshly cooked, or just sit and relax whilst browsing through the large selection of books in the bookcase including the history and geography of the area.
There is also a basket brimful of leaflets about Northumberland and the Borders. Or you can just sit and watch the birdlife in the garden. There is also a cloakroom downstairs for your use.
